Shipping and Delivery

Products are shipped from our warehouse BADMAN CONSUMER CARE LLP at Ambala by reputed courier agencies. Ordered products can be delivered to your destination within 3-7 working days. However, the delivery process may take 10-12 days to get complete in the locations that come in a difficult coverage zone.

Process of Shipping

After getting the order placed, the pick-up gets scheduled for the further process; it almost takes 24 hours or 1-2 days in some scenarios, ( if the order is placed on weekends or any holiday,  the order will be processed on the next working day) for the parcel to get shipped. We do not ship any product on Sundays and Saturdays also, after 4:00PM.

After shipping, the customer will be provided with a tracking link via SMS or email on the phone number and email address he/she had used to place/book the order.

Once the product is shipped, it takes least 5-7 days to get product delivered to the customer’s address, from the day of placing the order and mostly depends on the customer’s location, especially tribal areas and rural areas take more time for delivery. So, in such cases we request our customers to wait for a few more days.

If it exceeds this time period, you can contact us through mail/call/live chat support for guidance and help regarding product delivery.

Shipment Speed and Delivery Charges

  • We at Badman ship our products pan India.
  • A minimum fee of Rs. 50/- will be levied on orders below Rs. 449/-
  • Order above 2000/- will be accepted on prepaid payments only.
  • Orders placed on Saturdays after 4:00 PM will be processed for shipment only on the following Mondays or upcoming working days.
  • It may take 5-7 days for the product delivery at the destination after shipment is done at our end.
  • The estimate delivery time may vary slightly from State to State & Metro to Non-Metro City. Days are calculated as working days, excluding Sundays & Holidays.

Return, Refund and Exchange Policy

At Badman, we continuously endeavor to provide you the best and easiest shopping experience. However, Badman is not responsible to return used products, products with tampered or missing serial numbers, including labels and price tags also, if the return or exchange request is made outside the given time period.

Badman is not responsible for any damage caused after product delivery. 

In the situation of any problem or quality issue associated with the delivered product, you can contact our customer care service team at 1800-180-8880 or email us at within 2-3 days of the product delivery.

A customer will be eligible for the exchange of the product if products delivers to him in broken and damaged condition (Kindly note this that damages after the delivery is not exchangeable). Besides, if customer finds problem with size of any wearable product, he will be equally eligible for the product exchange(if product condition is not deteriorated or deformed from any side).

Note* Your request for exchange will be considered only when you notify us within 2-3 days of product delivery.        

In case you receive a broken or damaged product, or not satisfied with it or want to return or exchange it for any reason, you can call / mail/ message us on the given contact details. Badman provides 2-3 day of validity to get your goods returned after the delivery is done. But, if you fail to inform us about the same at the specified time limit, no refund/replace/return will be processed.

Once the returned product is received by us, we will initiate the process of refund and it may take 3-5 working days to get the returned amount reflected in concerned customer’s account.

Any purchased good may be eligible for return /replace/refund if fulfills the following conditions…. 

  • Sold/ delivered in physically damaged condition
  • Any missing part or accessory
  • Product is not used
  • Product packaging is not opened

Points need to be considered for the whole process:

  • We can exchange or return any product if the received item is unused, intact, saleable and in an undamaged condition with original packaging and receipt.
  • Return and exchange requests will be subjected to checking and inspection by Badman.
  • The product should be in its original packaging & with the product invoice.
  • Postage & shipping will not be refunded.
  • Once your request accompanied with return or exchange or refund is accepted, the further process can take 7-21 working days to get it complete.
